Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inkora mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using Inkora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Inkora is a design tool that helps you explore, generate and refine tattoo design concepts and preview them before visiting a tattoo artist. Inkora provides design concepts and visualizations only. It does not provide tattooing, medical, or professional advice, and is not a substitute for the judgement of a licensed tattoo artist or a healthcare professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Inkora. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Inkora offers auto-renewable subscriptions, including a weekly plan and a yearly plan, which unlock unlimited design rounds, on-skin preview and exports.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device's App Store account settings after purchase.
• Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency and may vary by region. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the profile information, preferences and inputs you provide. You are responsible for the choices you make based on the designs Inkora generates, including any decision to get a tattoo. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Inkora and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Tattoos are permanent. Design previews are approximate visualizations and may differ from a final applied tattoo. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, and any decision to proceed with a tattoo is made at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
